Viktor is a multidisciplinary leader at the intersection of climate research, public health, and data-driven policy. With a strong academic foundation spanning biological sciences, public health, legal studies, and health sciences, Viktor’s expertise enables him to approach environmental challenges with a comprehensive and analytical perspective. His Master of Public Health (MPH) from Florida State University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude, informs his work in data analysis, epidemiology, and systems-based solutions—skills he now applies to tackling climate-related issues through his nonprofit initiative.
Viktor’s academic journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences, complemented by minors in Chemistry and Interdisciplinary Sciences, equipping him with a deep understanding of ecological and biochemical systems. Furthering his expertise in regulatory and systemic frameworks, he pursued an Associate of Applied Science in Health Sciences and an Associate in Science in Legal Studies, providing him with insights into health policy, environmental law, and organizational governance—essential for running a research-driven nonprofit. Additionally, his certification as a Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) and over 300 hours of medical shadowing have reinforced his ability to assess the health implications of climate change, particularly in vulnerable communities.
Beyond academics, Viktor’s professional experience in military intelligence and unmanned aerial vehicle operations has sharpened his ability to analyze vast datasets, develop strategic plans, and manage large-scale projects—skills that now drive his leadership in environmental research. His nonprofit is dedicated to bridging the gap between scientific discovery and actionable climate solutions, leveraging advanced data analytics, policy advocacy, and interdisciplinary collaboration to address pressing environmental concerns.
